Quotes and estimates

All quotes and estimates provided through this website or in person are based on the information you supply and the specifications discussed at the time. Final pricing may change if project details, materials, finishes, site conditions, or scope change after the quote is issued. A written quote is valid for the period stated on it.

Orders and payment

Custom cabinetry, millwork, and countertop orders typically require a deposit before production begins. Payment terms, including deposit amount, progress payments, and final payment, are outlined in your signed agreement. Work may be paused or withheld if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.

Production and lead times

Lead times depend on project complexity, material availability, finishing schedules, and current workload. We provide estimated completion dates in good faith, but these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. We will communicate any delays as soon as possible.

Installation and site conditions

Installation is scheduled once your project is complete and ready for the site. The client is responsible for ensuring the installation area is accessible, clear, and ready for our team. Additional costs may apply if site conditions differ from what was quoted or if access is restricted.

Warranties

Evoke Cabinets stands behind the quality of our workmanship. Warranty coverage for cabinets, finishes, hardware, and installation is described in your project documentation and is subject to the conditions listed there. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evoke Cabinets is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, the provision of quotes, or the performance of services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific goods or services giving rise to the claim.
